Cancellation and Order Amendments

You can cancel or amend orders placed with us provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. Orders can be amended or cancelled only via phone 06:30>13:30 mon>friday 01454315588. Orders that have customisation options such as texture and colour will only be accepted as returns (once made) if they are faulty. These items are classed as “personalised”

Pre Order and out of stock items (express and other shipping methods)

If an item shows as out of stock, or Pre order on our website, the order will not be part dispatched, and will ship once available according to your ordered shipping method.

We do not store credit card details.

Tax Charges

Catalog prices exclude VAT at 20%

Discount/ Coupons.

We reserve the right to cancel the usage of any coupon or code at any time, and without prior notice. If a code is being used where the right cannot be proven we reserve the right to request full payment and / or hold any outstanding orders. Vouchers and coupons hold no cash value.
